As Head of Content at bunq, a Dutch challenger bank, I led the creation and execution of content across all digital platforms, including social media, branded merchandise, and the in-app Community tab. I developed content guidelines to ensure a cohesive brand presence and worked cross-functionally to deliver engaging, high-performing campaigns. The goal was to foster brand consistency, build stronger user engagement, and elevate bunq’s voice in the competitive fintech landscape.
