Miro

Miro approached me to help rethink their recruitment strategy across digital channels during a phase of rapid international growth. I developed a proposal focused on attracting passive job seekers—those who browse casually via social media. The concept included a refreshed Instagram and LinkedIn presence, content guidelines for ongoing recruitment campaigns, and a redesigned careers page. Although the project was not implemented, the proposal demonstrates a strong grasp of employer branding, digital strategy, and user-centric design thinking.
